Africa's Economic Future: APD 2025 Set to Advance Continental Integration.

The Africa Prosperity Dialogues (APD) 2025 will be held in the Accra International Conference Centre from January 30 to February 1, 2025, with the topic "Delivering Africa's Single Market Through Infrastructure: Invest. Connect. Integrate."

This annual gathering brings together Africa's political and economic leaders to debate and advance the aim of making Africa the world's biggest single market in terms of member countries. It is organized by the Africa Prosperity Network in partnership with the African Continental Free Trade Secretariat and under the patronage of Ghana's Office of the President.

This year's event will attract almost 3,000 people, including African presidents of state, industrial titans, CEOs, ministers of state, politicians, thought leaders, and development partners. Key discussions will focus on leveraging infrastructure to create a united African market of 1.4 billion consumers and encouraging innovation to achieve integrated economic growth and shared prosperity.

Day One (30 January) will start off with the Projet Afrique Exhibition and formal side activities, followed by the APD 2025 opening ceremony, which will include international luminaries. Key conversations with recognized experts will take place on infrastructure finance, transportation, and logistics enabling free movement across Africa. The day closes with a welcome reception at Accra's famous Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City.

Day two (January 31) is dedicated to critical themes such as sustainable energy solutions, digital infrastructure, manufacturing capacity, STEM education, healthcare systems, and sustainable urban development. Day Two will also include an open forum with input from all attendees on the topic. These sessions will serve as the framework for the summit's result paper, which will contain recommendations.

The last day (1 February) is dedicated to the High-Level Heads of State and Business Leaders Dialogue, which will culminate in a Presidential Roundtable debate on policy frameworks for private sector engagement in Africa's single market. At least six heads of state have acknowledged their involvement. The day will include two key fireside chats on BADEA's $50 billion Investment Fund and one of Africa's most recognized businesspeople.

The summit finishes on the night of the third day with the famous Africa Prosperity Champions Awards and Presidential Gala Dinner at the Kempinski Hotel in Ghana. Individuals and organizations are recognized for their significant contributions to Africa's development and integration. The black-tie gala dinner will honor accomplishments that motivate the continent's progress toward its 2063 goal of creating the Africa we desire.
