Global speaker and leadership coach, Dr. Rev. Sam Adeyemi, has applauded the Jospong Group of Companies (JGC) for its dedication to employee growth through international training and development programs.
Speaking at the 2025 Jospong Leadership Conference (JLC), Dr. Adeyemi delivered an insightful presentation on “Bridging the Gap: Leadership Journey of Connection and Change.” He emphasized that exposure to global perspectives enhances employee skills and boosts overall productivity.
Dr. Adeyemi highlighted the importance of leaders and employees being aware of their environments, stressing that listening and observing are crucial to achieving lasting transformation. “True transformation starts from within, rooted in self-leadership,” he stated.
As the CEO of Sam Adeyemi GLC Inc., he encouraged JGC's team to be reflective, proactive, and results-driven in their professional journeys. He also spoke on the powerful role of media, like movies, in reshaping personal narratives, urging attendees to be intentional about their paths to transformation.
The JLC-2025, themed “Transformation through Leadership,” brought together over 2,000 managers and senior staff members both in person and online. The conference focused on fostering business sustainability, cultivating positive work ethics, and driving impactful change within the organization.
